Rating by category:
It was located within walking distance to almost everything.
The cleanliness of the room is not good, there was bugs in the room, the room was nothing like it was represented online, the pool is tiny and the fact that they "accidently" charged my credit card twice for the room and I had to spend vacation time resolving that.
Very clean room and comfortable beds.
It is a very old building and needs some upgrades. Parking lot is very small and seemed like there were not enough spaces for all the hotel visitors.
Nothing.low budget hotel. Nothing to tell your friends about
Dirty, doors not secure, old coffee, elevator sucked, poor parking,, no perks
Beds. Location nighttime front desk clerk kept fresh coffee going for those of us that don't sleep well
The fact I as a disable person could bathe in the tub and the had no solution and really no caring thoughts of it. The lack of parking. The cleanliness in general of the walls and doors (boogers left on bathroom door) Stove burners not functional
Everything is within a mile. Market is opposite the hotel so cooking in the room is easy. No long trips to food stores. Great places to eat all nearby. Nice private beach with jet ski rentals etc
The bed was like laying on slate. The room smelt, the hotel smelt, looks outdated. Bathroom ceiling has water bubbles.
It was located near a great buffet next door.
The balcony door was held shut with a bolt.
Staff is friendly. Eric was extremely accommodating and kind. The view of our rooms were very nice! And the beds are super comfy!!! We will stay here again
Parking is tight
This is the best priced room on Clearwater beach.
The beach is shallow no room for chairs and the pool is small ( but clean).
Location is really good and liked that is next door to Shepherd's and that the market is right across the street.
Tired and needs a facelift, has a stale smell throughout. The pool is way too small and the pool furniture is awful. Also, the parking lot is not adequate when they are at capacity.
The beds were clean
My grandson left his pillow with his favorite stuffed animal and his ninja turtle blanket stuffed inside the pillow case. We called the hotel on the drive home and cannot get anyone to even look for it. We keep getting told it was never found. Either the housekeepers did not follow protocol with lost and found or the items were kept for themselves. We knew exactly where in the room the stuffed pillow was left and yet the claim is that it was not found. This is a real problem as that stuffed animal was one of a kind and my grandson has not slept since we left the hotel. And yes an adult should have double checked the room and we did not, but that does not mean that the hotel staff should not have to follow lost and found protocol.
The room refrig was old and much of hotel was worn. Parking spaces were way too small and too few!
Room's were large beds were very comfortable pool was nice and the hotel is in a very good location. Will be booking again.
The hotel is on the water. It's more towards the intercostal than the main beach. The hotel next door had a restaurant, bar, and live entertainment. It was easy to go back and forth between the hotels. There was also paddle boarding, Booked.neting, and jet ski rentals right next door to the hotel. I would say this rental is better for young adults who want to party and have a good time.
The beach portion for the hotel is very small. The water had several scattered rocks that cut my feet up. I wouldn't stay here for longer than a weekend. Perfect for a quick getaway.
We had a first floor room with a balcony that was filthy and full of trash. We reported it and it was never cleaned. The staff at the front counter had no personality and had me wait several minutes without acknowledgment while on the phone with a personal call.
the beds were great room clean friendly staff
a bigger stove and bigger fridge
